Job Description

Serve as a Human Resource representative for approximately 500 team members. Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of the departments and the business as a whole in order to build effective and productive working relationships with team members and leaders. Develop and implement engagement strategies. Develop, communicate, and administer employment-related policies and practices, including unemployment. Provide day to day performance management guidance to leaders regarding team member matters (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Manage various cross-functional HR projects that support human development initiatives. Actively participate in the recruiting process with business leaders to attract and retain the top talent in the industry. Administer the performance review process.

Job Qualifications

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred; or equivalent experience

  • Proven track record in identifying potential employment law issues such as EEO, ADA, GINA, FMLA, OFCCP compliance, etc.

  • Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, a plus.
