Job Description

Rutgers University is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced User Support Specialist to join our Information Technology Services team. In this role, you will provide technical support to staff, faculty, and students, as well as help maintain our technology infrastructure. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.To be successful as a User Support Specialist at Rutgers University, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to provide technical assistance in person and over the phone. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, as well as 3+ years of experience in a technical support role. We are looking for someone with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while being able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. If you are a tech-savvy individual with a desire to learn and provide excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
