  1. Develop and deliver engaging lectures on educational psychology topics to undergraduate and graduate students.
  2. Collaborate with department faculty to ensure course materials align with department standards and objectives.
  3. Create and grade assignments and exams, providing timely and constructive feedback to students.
  4. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, group activities, and technology, to enhance student learning.
  5. Stay updated on current research and developments in the field of educational psychology to incorporate relevant and cutting-edge information into lectures.
  6. Provide academic support and guidance to students, including holding office hours and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  7. Mentor and advise students on their academic and professional goals in the field of educational psychology.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of departmental initiatives and programs.
  9. Contribute to the department's research efforts through participation in research projects and/or publication of scholarly articles.
  10. Participate in department meetings and events, collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve the educational experience for students.
  11. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant data.
  12. Adhere to university policies and procedures, including academic integrity and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  13. Attend trainings and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and advances.
  14. Fulfill any other duties assigned by the department chair or other academic administrators.

Job Qualifications
  • A Phd In Educational Psychology Or A Related Field With A Strong Background In Research And Teaching Experience At The University Level.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Relevant Areas Of Educational Psychology, Such As Learning Theories, Instructional Design, And Assessment Methods.

  • Experience In Developing And Delivering Engaging And Interactive Lectures To Diverse Student Populations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Collaborate With Students, Faculty, And Staff.

  • A Commitment To Promoting Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion In The Classroom And The Ability To Integrate These Principles Into The Course Curriculum.
