Job Description

Rutgers University is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst (Grants & Contracts) to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with great attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. The Sr. Financial Analyst (Grants & Contracts) will provide financial and analytical support for the University’s research and sponsored projects. This position requires excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as a thorough understanding of grants and contracts accounting processes and procedures. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least five years of experience in grants and contracts accounting. Knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and grant administration is also required. The ideal candidate will also have prior experience working in higher education and with complex research projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a critical role in advancing the financial goals of Rutgers University.
