
Senior Program Administrator
At Rutgers University, we are looking for a Senior Program Administrator who is passionate about creating success for our students. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop, lead and oversee activities related to our innovative program offerings. The Senior Program Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that our program initiatives are carried out in an effective and efficient manner. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the program, the successful candidate must also be able to develop and implement strategic plans, monitor progress and ensure that program outcomes are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field with five or more years of experience in program management and/or higher education administration. The candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and possess strong problem-solving skills. In addition, the successful candidate should have experience in budgeting, program assessment and evaluation, and be familiar with relevant regulations and policies.
