Job Description

Rutgers University is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Editorial/Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, with a keen eye for detail and proven experience in editorial, media, and communications.The Senior Editorial/Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, producing, and distributing content in all forms, with a focus on editing and proofreading. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding and knowledge of media, editorial, and communication best practices.To be considered for this job, candidates must possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field; at least five years of experience in media, editorial, and/or communications; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively. In addition, candidates should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and be proficient in using various software and media tools.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about media, editorial, and communications and is committed to creating compelling content that will engage our audiences.
