  • Conduct research on education policies and practices to inform decision-making and improve outcomes for students
  • Collaborate with local schools and community partners to develop and implement research projects
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and academic records
  • Disseminate research findings through reports, presentations, and publications
  • Work closely with researchers, educators, and community partners to bridge the gap between research and practice
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education community
  • Stay current on education policies and trends to inform research and partnerships
  • Contribute to the development of grant proposals and funding opportunities
  • Mentor and supervise graduate students and research assistants
  • Attend conferences and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of education research and practice partnerships
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to social justice and equity in education.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree In Education, Sociology, Public Policy, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Research Practice Partnership Or Collaborative Research Setting.

  • Strong Background In Quantitative And Qualitative Research Methods, Including Data Collection, Analysis, And Interpretation.

  • Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Research Findings To Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Commitment To Social Justice And Equity In Education, With An Understanding Of The Complexities And Challenges Facing Marginalized Communities.
