Quality Control-Player Development

Rutgers University is looking for an experienced and passionate Quality Control-Player Development to join our Football Program. In this role, you will be responsible for aiding in the development of the football team, while ensuring the quality of the program is maintained. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game of football and the ability to communicate effectively with coaches, student-athletes, and other personnel.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or related field• A minimum of two years of experience working in football programs• Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Demonstrated organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• High level of attention to detail and accuracy• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programsIf you believe you have the skills to ensure the quality of our football program and to help develop our student-athletes, we want to hear from you!
