  1. Coordinate and manage various programs and initiatives within Rutgers University.
  2. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to identify and implement new programs and initiatives.
  3. Ensure the success and effectiveness of existing programs by monitoring and evaluating their progress.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, and community partners.
  5. Create and implement strategies to promote program awareness and increase student participation.
  6. Plan and organize events, workshops, and other activities related to the programs.
  7. Monitor program budgets and expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  8. Serve as a resource and point of contact for students seeking information and support regarding the programs.
  9. Maintain accurate records and data related to program participation, outcomes, and impact.
  10. Communicate regularly with program participants, providing updates, resources, and support as needed.
  11. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in higher education, particularly related to student success and retention.
  12. Contribute to the overall mission and goals of Rutgers University by promoting a positive and inclusive campus culture.
  13. Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the programs.
  14. Attend meetings and trainings to stay informed and connected with other departments and colleagues.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Social Work, Or Business Administration.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Relevant Experience In Program Coordination, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
