- Coordinate and manage various programs and initiatives within Rutgers University.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to identify and implement new programs and initiatives.
- Ensure the success and effectiveness of existing programs by monitoring and evaluating their progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, and community partners.
- Create and implement strategies to promote program awareness and increase student participation.
- Plan and organize events, workshops, and other activities related to the programs.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for students seeking information and support regarding the programs.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to program participation, outcomes, and impact.
- Communicate regularly with program participants, providing updates, resources, and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in higher education, particularly related to student success and retention.
- Contribute to the overall mission and goals of Rutgers University by promoting a positive and inclusive campus culture.
- Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the programs.
- Attend meetings and trainings to stay informed and connected with other departments and colleagues.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Social Work, Or Business Administration.
At Least 2 Years Of Relevant Experience In Program Coordination, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Knowledge Of Rutgers University Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience Working With Diverse Populations.
