- Coordinate and oversee various programs and initiatives to enhance the student experience at Rutgers University.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new programs and initiatives that align with the university's mission and goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding program information and updates.
- Plan and organize events and workshops to promote diversity and inclusion within the university community.
- Manage program budgets and ensure that all expenses are recorded accurately.
- Maintain program records and prepare reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Conduct research to identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities for program support.
- Actively engage with students to gather feedback and make improvements to programs based on their needs and interests.
- Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Represent the university and its programs at various events and conferences to promote awareness and participation.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination Or Event Planning.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Populations.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Communications, Or Higher Education Administration.
Proficiency In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Logistics.
Familiarity With Rutgers University Policies And Procedures, As Well As The Ability To Navigate And Utilize Various University Databases And Resources.
