Principal Statistician

Rutgers University is seeking an experienced Principal Statistician to join our growing team! We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills, who is passionate about statistics and data analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving statistical analysis in support of research projects, developing and maintaining analytical tools, and providing statistical guidance and advice to other team members.The successful candidate must have a Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or another related field with at least 5 years of experience in a statistical role. You should have an in-depth understanding of statistical methods, experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and the ability to present complex information in an understandable format. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
