1. Develop and implement lesson plans for the Pre-College Summer 2025 program that align with Rutgers University's academic standards and goals.
2. Teach and facilitate engaging and interactive classes to pre-college students in various subject areas.
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and academic growth.
4. Utilize a variety of instructional methods and techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
5. Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
