  1. Provide mental health support to students through individual and group counseling sessions.
  2. Assess and evaluate students' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  3. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and campus resources to provide comprehensive care.
  4. Educate students on mental health topics and promote self-care strategies.
  5. Conduct crisis intervention and refer students to appropriate resources as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all interactions with students.
  7. Stay up-to-date with current research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health.
  8. Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure coordinated care for students.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health programs and initiatives on campus.
  10. Serve as a resource and advocate for students' mental health needs within the campus community.
  11. Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in all interactions and decision-making.
  12. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes mental wellness for all students.
  13. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of mental health services and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Act as a mentor and role model for other mental health professionals and students.
  15. Attend professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of mental health.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Or Licensed Psychologist (Lp).

  • Master's Degree In Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Providing Direct Mental Health Services To Diverse Populations.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices For Treating Mental Health Disorders.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
