- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance teaching and learning.
- Develop and deliver training and support for faculty and staff on the effective use of instructional technology.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in education to make recommendations for their integration into the curriculum.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for instructional technology tools and systems.
- Create and maintain instructional technology resources, such as user guides and tutorials.
- Work closely with faculty to design and develop technology-enhanced curriculum and instructional materials.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from faculty and students to inform instructional technology decisions.
- Assist in the selection and implementation of learning management systems and other instructional technology tools.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of instructional technology across campus.
- Stay up-to-date with accessibility guidelines and ensure that instructional technology tools and materials are compliant.
- Lead or participate in committees and working groups related to instructional technology initiatives.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for faculty and staff regarding instructional technology best practices and strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve instructional technology processes and services to meet the evolving needs of the university.
- Communicate regularly with faculty and staff to provide updates on new and existing instructional technology resources and initiatives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to instructional technology.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Instructional Technology, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Proficiency In Various Educational Technology Tools And Platforms, Such As Learning Management Systems, Multimedia Authoring Software, And Virtual Classrooms.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Faculty, Staff, And Students To Identify And Implement Effective Instructional Technology Solutions.
Demonstrated Understanding Of Pedagogical Principles And Best Practices In Instructional Design, With The Ability To Apply Them To Create Engaging And Effective Learning Experiences.
