1. Lead and facilitate engaging and interactive afterschool programs for middle and high school students.
2. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.
3. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with program goals and objectives.

5. Monitor student progress and provide individualized attention and support as needed.
