  1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on university housing buildings and facilities to ensure safe and comfortable living conditions for students.

  3. Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing urgent issues and completing tasks within established deadlines.

  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment, and make recommendations for purchasing new materials as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety codes and regulations, and take appropriate measures to address any safety hazards or concerns.
  8. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and university departments to complete projects and achieve departmental goals.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in maintenance techniques and equipment.
