  1. Manage and oversee the grant application process from start to finish.
  2. Conduct research to identify potential funding opportunities for the organization.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and data for grant proposals.
  4. Write and edit grant proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with funding requirements.
  5. Maintain a database of grants, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
  6. Monitor and track the progress of grant applications and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Ensure all grant submissions are submitted on time and in accordance with the organization's guidelines.
  8. Maintain open communication with funders and respond to any inquiries or requests for information.
  9. Review and analyze grant budgets to ensure they align with the organization's needs and objectives.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with funders, partners, and other stakeholders.
  11. Monitor and track grant expenditures to ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
  12. Conduct regular audits and reviews of grant-related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in grant regulations and guidelines.
  14. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper tracking and reporting of grant funds.
  15. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input and updates on grant-related activities.
  16. Prepare and submit grant reports and evaluations as required by funders.
  17. Identify areas for improvement in the grant management process and make recommendations for optimization.
  18. Represent the organization at relevant events and conferences to network and identify potential funding opportunities.
  19. Uphold the organization's mission and values while adhering to ethical standards in all grant-related activities.
  20. Train and mentor junior staff members on grant management best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Grant Management And Administration.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Private Funding Sources And Regulations.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Experience In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With External Funding Agencies And Internal Stakeholders.
