Executive Director, Career Development Center

Rutgers University is looking for an Executive Director of the Career Development Center who is passionate about helping students and alumni successfully transition from college to career. Additionally, a Master's degree in higher education, counseling, or a related field is preferred. The individual should possess excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with employers and alumni. They should also be comfortable with technology, be adept at data analysis, and have experience developing and managing programs and services. Finally, the candidate should be able to think strategically and be able to inspire their team and the broader university community.
