Job Description

We are seeking an E-Learning Support Specialist to work with the Department of Technology Integration and Facilities Management within the School of Health Professions. The position provides primary day-to-day support, per semester setup and training in the use of instructional and educational technologies and services. Responds to end-users’ requests and problems using Moodle or related educational technology systems including Kaltura, TurningPoint, Adobe Connect, Zoom and other applications. Assists the Instructional Designer with providing training and workshops. Maintains accurate documentation and communication with clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in a similar role is a plus

  • Master’s Degree preferred

  • Knowledge of networking systems and various software packages for educational and instructional technology use.
