Job Description

Rutgers University is seeking an experienced Program Evaluation Specialist (Data Analyst) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven insights, a commitment to continuous process improvement, and a strong track record of success in program evaluation. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and technical skills, including experience with data collection and analysis, data visualization, and report writing. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with stakeholders from various departments and present complex data in a simple, meaningful way.The Program Evaluation Specialist is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to improve program and organizational performance. This position requires a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and program evaluation• Proven ability to develop and implement data analysis plans• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical software, reporting tools, and data visualization• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
