A bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field is required, and previous experience in contract negotiation is highly preferred.   1. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and partners to ensure the best possible deals for the university.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their specific needs and requirements for contracts.

  4. Monitor and evaluate existing contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

  8. Prepare and review contract documents, including terms and conditions, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  9. Collaborate with legal counsel to review and revise contracts as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
  11. Provide guidance and support to other team members on contract negotiation and management processes.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform contract negotiations.
  13. Represent the university in contract negotiations and maintain a professional and positive image.
  14. Develop and implement strategies to improve contract negotiation and management processes.
  15. Adhere to all university policies and procedures related to contract negotiation and management.

Job Qualifications
