- Provide administrative support to various academic departments, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the departments.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and workshops for the academic community.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while managing various tasks and projects.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with students, faculty, and staff to provide support and address any concerns or issues.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and other resources necessary for the departments.
- Participate in university-wide initiatives and projects to support the overall mission and goals of Rutgers University.
- Act as a liaison between the academic departments and other university departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
- Stay updated on university policies and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to students and staff.
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all members of the academic community.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field: A Coadjutant Non-Teaching Job At Rutgers University Requires A Strong Educational Background In A Relevant Field, Such As Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Higher Education Management.
