Job Description

Rutgers University is seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Trials Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Clinical Trials Specialist will play an integral role in the successful management of clinical trial study activities and will report directly to the Clinical Trials Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter looking to develop their skills in clinical trial management.The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong clinical research background. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can work both independently and within a team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of clinical trials experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
