  1. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing department calendars.
  2. Organize and maintain department files and records.
  3. Process and track department expenses, budgets, and financial transactions.
  4. Communicate with students, faculty, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and university staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  7. Research and gather information as needed for department projects and initiatives.
  8. Assist with data entry and report generation.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
  12. Stay up-to-date on university policies, procedures, and resources.
  13. Complete tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  14. Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
