Rutgers University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Vice Chancellor – Campus Life Operations to join our team. The individual in this role will play a key role in managing and overseeing campus life operations and initiatives. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to lead a team of professional staff.This is a full-time position based at Rutgers University’s main campus in New Brunswick, NJ. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 7 years of progressive experience in university operations or a related field. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.As the Associate Vice Chancellor – Campus Life Operations at Rutgers University, you will be responsible for developing strategies and initiatives to enhance the campus life experience for our students. You will be charged with leading a team of professionals and executing a variety of campus life operations. You will be a key member of the university’s senior leadership team and will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the university.
