- Represent the nursing team in meetings and committees, advocating for the needs and concerns of the team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and other related activities.

- Identify areas for improvement and develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations and protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of New Jersey.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Nursing Role, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Position.
Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Nursing Best Practices, Healthcare Regulations, And Industry Standards.
Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, And Organizational Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams.
