- Accurately process and manage payroll for Rutgers University faculty and staff members.

- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related documents and reports for internal and external audits.

- Stay updated on new payroll software and technology to improve payroll operations.
- Collaborate with other accounting and finance team members to ensure accurate recording and reporting of payroll transactions.

- Communicate effectively with university personnel regarding payroll policies, procedures, and requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Payroll Processing And Tax Compliance.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Payroll Regulations.
Proficiency In Payroll Software, Such As Adp Or Workday.
