
Project Manager-Epidemiology
Monitor project financials, routinely update project information systems. Make appointments, meeting arrangements, and coordinates activities between program management, subcontractors, clients, and other outside parties. Prepare, monitor and update project plans, coordinate project meetings, and take meeting minutes. Identify, assess and resolve issues on projects, and escalate complex issues appropriately to senior management. Collaborate with senior staff and other project managers to plan, implement and communicate project management improvement initiatives. Quality control reviews data, including project reports. Maintains tactical responsibility for tracking project status. Coordinate between key study team members for collaborations between practice areas. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and client.
At least 1 year of relevant project coordination/management experience in a research organization, academic center
Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing projects.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment and be flexible in taking on and performing assignments as necessary
Background in life sciences and/or experience in pharmacoepidemiology will be highly valued
