Project Coordinator, Strategy and Innovation
Organize, coordinate, and monitor inter-related projects and help to manage program risks and resolve issues. Produce slides decks, written materials and other artifacts that support strategy execution and communication among cross-functional teams. Collaborate with the Manager of Innovation to provide operational and internal marketing support to illustrate the impact of the Innovation program. Coordinate development of and write content for internal websites. Collaborate with the VP of SIMC to develop communication strategies and plans producing compelling strategic, operational, and administrative content for the Executive Vice President’s all-staff communications. Manage critical-path timelines, competing stakeholder schedules and juggle competing priorities to support the delivery of work plans. Generate accurate and timely progress reports and updates for various audiences. Help ensure projects and initiatives maintain alignment with strategy objectives.
Minimum of 1 year of project management or program coordination experience. PMP a plus.
Versatile business acumen and ability to work across multiple settings (individually, on teams and with senior executives)
Working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools with strong preference for experience using Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams.
