Financial business partner and interface for business proposals and budgets with technical, contractual, financial, and administrative units. Review Request for Proposal Number Worksheets (RPNs) and maintain calendar of necessary dates to ensure timely submission of proposals in coordination with the Proposal Manager (PM). Prepare accurate and competitive price or cost estimate using financial forecasting software and excel analysis and obtain necessary review by project management team. Assess proposal opportunities for financial, contractual, and business risk to develop risk mitigation strategies and engage in planning, strategy, and process surrounding business proposals. Coordinate, lead and take ownership of strategy sessions and budget reviews to develop win themes, identify and assess competitors and discuss client needs. Assemble business proposal package based on a variety of contract types and client presentation formats for Contract Negotiator review and signature
