IT Asset Management Intern
The Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) team is responsible for providing computers to RTI staff worldwide. This includes procurement and preparation of computers as will as tracking the lifecycle status of all RTI computers. The IT Asset Management Intern will be responsible for assisting the ITAM team in:
- Tracking lifecycle status, location and assigned user in inventory tracking system
- Placing orders for computers and peripherals
- Imaging computers
- Installing software
Currently enrolled student or recent degree recipient in computer science or a related discipline
Strong foundational knowledge of PCs and installing software
Experience working in a ticket tracking system preferred
