
Human Resources Business Partner
Proactively identify gaps, determine root cause, propose and implement changes to drive performance improvement and provoke positive changes in people management and engagement. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, succession planning, change management, talent management and organizational change) in conjunction with HR Centers of Excellence and Human Resources Business Partners. Translate business priorities into a human resource agenda that supports the business goals of the team and organization. Regularly communicates significant issues and opportunities to leadership. Regularly interacts with management within RTI and with internal partners. Builds business partnerships with teams, peers, internal clients, and vendors.
10 years human resources experience
PHR/SPHR/GPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification.
Demonstrated ability to act both strategically and tactically when needed.
