Ethics Officer

Leads RTI’s Ethics Program, focusing upon overseeing government contracting compliance, anti-bribery procedures, anti-trafficking, and other aspects of maintaining compliance to RTI’s Code of Conduct across RTI operations, domestic and abroad. Provides guidance and assistance as needed to other domain experts in establishing self-monitoring plans for supervisory and oversight controls. Develops and improves metrics, dashboards, and reports to apprise and inform leadership of the status of the Ethics Program, monitoring plan, and top risks. Promotes professional development and training of individuals who have Ethics and compliance responsibilities and assists in assessing training gaps. Assists with the oversight and management of RTI’s conflict of interest disclosure process and implements management plans as necessary. Consults with members of RTI’s Legal Department, as needed, in conducting internal investigations.
