Contract Officer

Provides expert guidance on various rules, regulations, statutes and other contractual terms. Reviews and approves the Contract Action Notice (CAN) related to a new award and completes setup of Project record in SalesForce.  Serves as the primary contractual point of contact, and acts as lead in internal or external client kick offs that require contracts representation. Analyze post-award contract requirements and coordinate with financial and technical staff to respond to customer requirements. Review, draft, edit, negotiate and administer contractual terms and conditions for proposal efforts and modifications. Develop and integrate contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement. Identify, develop, draft, implement and assist with delivering training on contract issues, policies and procedures. Identify and proactively support process improvements to maximize internal and external customer satisfaction and achieve increased effectiveness and efficiency.
