The Communications Specialist is a passionate storyteller with experience developing content in a variety of digital communication disciplines. This role works with all levels of the organization and contributes to a variety of digital communications projects. Support brand storytelling for internal and external audience engagement by producing and editing graphics. Create, develop and manage content for organization’s external web presence (requires working with custom content management system). Build and manage internal client relationships, advising colleagues regarding social media engagement best practices. Advise business units on best practices in content development including graphics, search engine optimization and information architecture Report on communication campaign engagement and defined measures of success. Manage multiple activities or projects with competing deadlines.
