  1. Utilize your expertise in Workday to develop and maintain accurate and efficient reporting solutions for our organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and requirements, and design and implement solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with Workday reporting, and proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance system functionality.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to ensure end users are able to effectively utilize Workday reporting tools.
  5. Stay up-to-date on latest Workday updates and enhancements, and provide recommendations for incorporating new features into our reporting processes.
  6. Work closely with data analytics teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Workday reporting.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on Workday reporting, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  9. Continuously analyze and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data.
  11. Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on reporting projects.
  13. Stay informed on industry best practices and trends related to Workday reporting, and make recommendations for process improvements based on this knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Workday Reporting, Including Creating Custom Reports And Dashboards.

  • Strong Understanding Of Workday Data Model, Business Processes, And Security Framework.

  • Proficient In Sql And Advanced Reporting Tools Such As Workday Report Writer, Prism, Or Birt.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data To Various Stakeholders.
