
Transaction Advisory Services Manager
At RSM US, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance and transactional advisory, as well as an understanding of regulatory and legal considerations related to M&A and corporate finance transactions. As a Transaction Advisory Services Manager, you will be expected to provide expert counsel and guidance to our clients on a wide range of topics, including M&A and corporate finance transactions, financial due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, and post-transaction integration and optimization. You should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate finance or transactional advisory role• Strong understanding of financial due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, and post-transaction integration and optimization• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are a self-motivated, creative professional with a passion for providing top-notch transaction advisory services, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counsel and guidance to clients on a wide range of topics related to M&A and corporate finance transactions.
- Lead financial due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, and post-transaction integration and optimization activities.
- Work independently and as part of a team to analyze and evaluate client needs and develop solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market and industry trends, and regulatory and legal considerations related to M&A and corporate finance transactions.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Manage projects and timelines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
