Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients And Team Members.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business, Or Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Transaction Advisory Services, Accounting, Or Financial Consulting.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Financial Modeling And Due Diligence.
Knowledge Of Gaap And Experience With Financial Statement Analysis.
