  1. Conduct financial due diligence for clients looking to engage in mergers, acquisitions, or other transactions.
  2. Analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry data to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.
  3. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, tax, and audit professionals to provide comprehensive transaction advisory services.
  5. Conduct research and gather information on industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements to ensure clients are in compliance with relevant laws.
  6. Assist in the development of financial models and projections to support clients' business goals and objectives.
  7. Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and expertise in transaction advisory consulting.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and leverage this knowledge to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and key point of contact for their transaction advisory needs.
  10. Contribute to the growth of the team by actively participating in business development activities and assisting with proposal development.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
