- Lead a team of analysts and engineers in proactively identifying and mitigating potential security threats for clients
- Stay up-to-date on the constantly evolving threat landscape and implement new strategies and technologies as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their security needs are being met
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Collaborate with other teams within RSM US to share knowledge and best practices
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to provide updates and insights on security threats and incidents
- Regularly review and improve upon existing security processes and procedures
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide recommendations and solutions for complex security issues.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Threat Intelligence And Vulnerability Management: A Qualified Threat Operations Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Threat Intelligence Tools And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Managing Vulnerability Assessments And Remediation Processes.
Strong Technical Background: This Role Requires A Solid Technical Foundation, With Expertise In Network And System Security, Intrusion Detection And Prevention, And Incident Response.
Experience In Managing Security Operations: A Successful Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Security Operations In A Managed Services Environment, Including Incident Response, Threat Hunting, And Security Monitoring.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Manager, The Role Requires Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Lead A Team And Work With Clients And Stakeholders.
Relevant Certifications: Preferred Certifications For This Role May Include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Ethical Hacker (Ceh), Or Certified Information Security Manager (Cism).
