- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential technology risks for clients.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to technology risk management.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends, and provide insights to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality and timely solutions to clients.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to technology risk management.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client interactions and project work.
- Remain compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuously assess and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Team Members.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Professional Certification In Risk Management (E.g. Crisc, Cisa, Cissp) Is Preferred.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In It Risk Management Or Consulting, Preferably In A Professional Services Firm.
Strong Understanding Of Technology Infrastructure, Security Principles, And It Governance Frameworks.
