- Develop and design engaging and effective training programs for RSM US employees.
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative learning solutions that align with company goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine training needs and objectives.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevancy of training materials.
- Use various tools and technologies to create and deliver training content, including e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia materials.
- Continuously evaluate and update existing training programs to improve effectiveness and relevance.
- Communicate with stakeholders and team members to provide progress updates and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training delivery.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development & Management team to implement a consistent and cohesive training strategy across the organization.
- Take ownership of personal and professional development, seeking out opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in instructional design and project management.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all training materials.
- Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Talent Development & Management team by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.
1-2 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Professional Services Environment.
Proficiency In Elearning Development Software Such As Articulate Storyline Or Adobe Captivate.
Strong Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theory.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information In A Clear And Engaging Manner.
