  1. Develop and implement tax strategies and solutions for financial services and asset management clients.
  2. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  3. Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  4. Provide expert knowledge and advice on tax laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent client service.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to provide comprehensive and integrated solutions for clients.
  7. Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the financial services and asset management sector.
  8. Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax projects and deliverables.
  10. Act as a liaison between clients and government agencies during tax audits and inquiries.
  11. Stay informed of industry trends, market changes, and new tax legislation.
  12. Adhere to ethical and professional standards while maintaining client confidentiality.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  14. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, showcasing expertise and networking with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Financial Services And Asset Management, Including Experience With Complex Investment Structures And Tax Strategies.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Public Accounting, With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Specifically In The Financial Services And Asset Management Industry.

  • Cpa Certification And/Or Advanced Degree In Taxation Or Finance.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team Of Tax Professionals, Including Experience With Performance Evaluations, Coaching, And Mentoring.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Tax Concepts To Diverse Audiences.
