  1. Develop and implement tax strategies for high net worth individuals and their families in alignment with their financial goals.
  2. Work directly with affluent families and their advisors to provide exceptional client service.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals to ensure high quality work and professional development.
  4. Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations related to high net worth individuals.
  5. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to provide comprehensive services to clients.
  6. Utilize strong technical skills to accurately prepare and review complex tax returns.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals regarding tax-related matters.
  8. Proactively identify and address tax planning opportunities for clients.
  9. Manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  10. Provide guidance and support to clients during tax audits and other tax-related issues.
  11. Represent the company and uphold its values and reputation in all client interactions.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Tax Planning And Compliance: A Tax Senior Manager At A Family Office Must Have A Strong Background In Tax Planning And Compliance. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Tax Strategies For High-Net-Worth Individuals And Families.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership And Management Skills. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Supervising And Mentoring A Team Of Tax Professionals, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Manage Client Relationships.

  • Familiarity With Family Office Services: A Tax Senior Manager At A Family Office Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Unique Needs And Challenges Of High-Net-Worth Families. This Includes Knowledge Of Estate Planning, Wealth Transfer, And Other Family Office Services.

  • Cpa Or Equivalent Certification: Most Employers Require A Cpa Or Equivalent Certification For This Role. This Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In Tax Planning And Compliance, As Well As A Commitment To Professional Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For A Tax Senior Manager In A Family Office Setting.
