As a Tax Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of real estate clients, including developers, investors, and property management companies. In this role, you will use your expertise in tax planning and compliance to help our clients navigate complex tax laws and achieve their business objectives.   1. Conduct research and stay updated on current tax laws and regulations related to the real estate industry.
  2. Collaborate with team members and clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored tax strategies.
  3. Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Analyze financial data and provide tax planning recommendations to clients.
  5. Communicate with clients to address their questions and concerns regarding tax issues and provide guidance and support.
  6. Utilize tax software and other tools to efficiently and effectively complete tax-related tasks.
  7. Assist in the development of junior team members by providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
  8. Maintain organized and accurate records of client information and tax documents.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote client retention and satisfaction.
  10. Identify potential opportunities for business growth and contribute to the development of new business proposals.
  11. Participate in team and company-wide meetings and trainings to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential tax issues and provide solutions to mitigate risks for clients.
  14. Conduct quality control reviews of tax work completed by junior team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  15. Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Tax Preparation, Planning, And Compliance For Real Estate Clients.

  • Cpa Certification Or Actively Pursuing Certification.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Tax Concepts To Clients.
