- Develop and implement tax strategies and solutions for ultra high net worth individuals and families.
- Stay up-to-date on complex tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance for clients.
- Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and families with high net worth.
- Collaborate with other members of the Ultra High Net Worth team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Identify and communicate potential tax planning opportunities to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service.
- Mentor and guide junior tax professionals on the team.
- Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of tax.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to promote the firm's tax services.
- Uphold the firm's values and ethical standards in all interactions and engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive services to clients.
Extensive Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations: A Tax Manager For Ultra High Net Worth Clients Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations On Both The Federal And State Levels. This Includes Knowledge Of Income Tax, Estate Tax, Gift Tax, And Any Other Relevant Tax Codes.
Experience With High Net Worth Individuals: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Working With High Net Worth Individuals And Families. This Experience Will Allow Them To Understand The Unique Needs And Complexities Of This Client Base.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Tax Manager, You Will Be Working Closely With Clients And Other Team Members. It Is Essential To Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships And Communicate Complex Tax Information To Clients.
Attention To Detail And Analytical Thinking: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Analytical Thinking. Tax Managers Must Be Able To Review Complex Financial Information And Identify Potential Tax Implications And Opportunities For Tax Planning.
