  1. Develop and implement sales and use tax automation strategies and solutions for clients.
  2. Review and analyze client data to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  3. Advise clients on best practices for tax automation and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that streamline tax processes.
  5. Stay current on tax laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients on potential impact to their business.
  6. Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for tax-related matters.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members on tax automation processes and technology.
  8. Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate tax automation solutions and recommendations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  10. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client engagements and communicate progress to management.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the Sales and Use Tax Automation team.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  13. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
  14. Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for self-development and remain current on industry trends and advancements in tax automation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Cpa Certification Or Other Relevant Professional Certification

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Use Tax Compliance, Preferably In A Managerial Role

  • Proficiency In Tax Automation Software, Such As Thomson Reuters Onesource Or Vertex

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With A Thorough Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Sales And Use Tax.
