  1. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and deliver high quality work to clients.
  2. Utilize expertise in Federal Credits & Incentives to guide and advise clients on complex tax laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor.
  5. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate relevant information to clients and team members.
  6. Prepare and review tax returns, financial statements, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Mentor and develop team members by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide comprehensive and integrated solutions for clients.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of tax services.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on Federal Credits & Incentives and provide training and support to team members.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing the company and interacting with clients.
  12. Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines and managing client expectations.
  13. Assist with business development efforts, including identifying potential clients and participating in proposal presentations.
  14. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  15. Uphold the company's core values and continuously strive for excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Compliance And Consulting, With A Focus On Federal Credits And Incentives.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal Tax Laws And Regulations, With A Specific Emphasis On Credits And Incentives.

  • Cpa Certification Or Advanced Degree In Taxation Preferred.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Working With Clients To Identify And Maximize Tax Credits And Incentives Opportunities.
