As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive tax planning and compliance services to our high net worth clients.   1. Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies for high net worth clients in the family office sector.
  2. Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations, and communicate any changes or updates to the team and clients.
  3. Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive and integrated financial solutions for clients.
  5. Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, trust, and partnership tax returns.
  6. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on tax-related matters.
  7. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address any tax-related questions or concerns.
  8. Identify potential tax issues and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize tax savings for clients.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
  10. Monitor and analyze current and future tax implications for clients, and provide strategic tax planning advice accordingly.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax-related tasks and deliverables.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive client information.
  13. Participate in business development activities, such as attending networking events and identifying new business opportunities.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on tax-related matters and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development to stay current in the industry and enhance expertise.

Job Qualifications
  • Cpa Certification Or Advanced Degree In Taxation.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Planning And Compliance, Preferably In A Family Office Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With High Net Worth Clients.
