- Conduct financial due diligence and analysis on clients in the energy and infrastructure sector.
- Provide critical insights and recommendations to clients based on financial analysis.
- Research and stay up to date on industry trends and developments in the energy and infrastructure sector.
- Collaborate with team members to develop tailored solutions for each client.
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Identify potential risks and issues during due diligence and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the Financial Due Diligence team.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Cpa Or Other Relevant Certification Preferred.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Due Diligence, With A Strong Background In Energy And Infrastructure Industries.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading Teams In A Fast-Paced And Deadline-Driven Environment.
